"Website used to be easier to deal with"
I feel like the website used to be better. This time, pages were loading really slow, and it was way more annoying than it should’ve been to find basic info. I clicked around for a while and eventually just gave up

"Engraving wasn’t as clean as I expected"
I ordered from Top Brass thinking the engraving would be really sharp and clean, and at first I thought maybe I was being too picky, but no, the more I looked at it, the rougher it seemed. Some of the letters were lighter than others, and the spacing just looked a little off. For the price, I expected better. I’m disappointed and probably wouldn’t order again.

The turnaround time was way too slow. It felt like there wasn’t a real person on the other end paying attention, just waiting around with no updates.

"Issue still wasnt fixed"
I reached out hoping to get my problem sorted, but it still never got fixed. The replies took a while too, which made the whole thing frustrating. Im not happy with how it went.

Yeah, the sizing was just... way off for me. It ran huge, like not even close to what I expected, so the fit felt really inaccurate

"Probably won’t order again"
I ordered from them once, that was probably enough for me. The experience was kind of frustrating and didn’t really feel worth the hassle. I mean, maybe it was just bad timing or a one-off issue, but I’ll most likely shop somewhere else next time

I ordered from topbrass-inc.com, the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do think customers deserve clear communication and a basic level of respect after placing an order.
Things moved slower than I expected, and it felt more confusing than it needed to be. I kept having to check for updates myself, and when I did get responses, they didn’t really answer my questions or make me feel like anyone was taking responsibility.
Maybe other people have had better experiences, but for me, it just didn’t feel right. When a company takes your money, they should be upfront and helpful, and I didn’t feel that here. I wouldn’t order from them again.

"Not the most professional experience"
Thinking back on my experience, it really wasn’t great. I remember waiting a while for replies, and when I did hear back, the person I was dealing with seemed kind of annoyed by my questions. It just gave me the feeling that I was more of a hassle than a customer. Things didn’t feel very organized either, and overall I didn’t feel like I was being taken seriously. Maybe other people had a better experience, but from what I remember, it was frustrating and didn’t feel professional.

"The item I got looked nothing like what..."
The item I got looked nothing like what was shown in the pictures, and the description felt misleading too. On top of that, the constant reminders to leave a review were way too aggressive and annoying. Not a great experience overall

"Return process was a headache"
I tried to return an item from my order it turned into way more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions weren’t very clear, replies took a while, and I ended up feeling like I had to keep chasing for basic info. On top of that, the shipping cost made the whole thing even more frustrating.

I’m giving 1 star because the process didn’t feel simple or customer-friendly, and I still don’t feel like it was handled properly. Personally, I probably wouldn’t order again unless the return details are much clearer upfront

"Didn’t really hold up"
It looked fine when I first got it, so I thought it would be okay. But after using it a bit, the material started wearing down faster than I expected. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, at least as far as I can tell. It just started feeling kind of cheap and not very sturdy. Maybe I missed something or got a bad one, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless the durability is better.

"Final design looked nothing like what I approved"
I ordered because the proof/mockup looked good, but what I received was disappointing. The lines and spacing were off from the design I sent, and a few small details looked like they had been changed. When I reached out, I mostly got a generic response and an explanation about their policy, which just made it more frustrating because it didn’t really address the issue. I wasn’t expecting perfection, but I did expect it to match the approved design a lot more closely

"I was done after the checkout started acting up"
I tried ordering from topbrass-inc.com, the checkout was a mess right away. My cart kept changing, my shipping info wouldn’t save, and I had to type the same stuff in more than once. At one point I couldn’t even tell if my payment went through or not, which instantly made me lose trust in the whole thing. Maybe I gave up too fast, but my snap judgment was that it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I ordered from Top Brass and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I figured it would be a few days, maybe a week at most, but it felt like it just sat there with barely any updates. I kept checking the tracking like I check the weather before a weekend trip, which is funny because half the time the weather app is wrong anyway. But yeah, there was just no clear idea of when it was actually going to show up. By the time it finally arrived, I didn’t really need it anymore, so that was frustrating. The order itself was fine, but if I needed something quickly, I probably wouldn’t order from them again...

"A bit disappointing for the price"
I was kind of disappointed with this, honestly. Right out of the box, it felt a little cheaper than I expected, and some of the edges seemed rough. After only a small amount of use, it didn’t really hold up well. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for what I paid, I was expecting something better. I probably wouldn’t buy from them again

"Didn't really feel worth the price to me"
I just didn’t feel like I got enough for what I paid. The prices seemed a bit high compared to what I actually ended up receiving, and I kept trying to justify it in my head, like maybe there was some extra quality or service I was missing, but I never really got that feeling. It wasn’t necessarily the worst experience ever, it just felt like the value wasn’t there for me personally.
Maybe someone else would feel differently, especially if they had different expectations going in, but I was left disappointed. When I spend extra money, I usually expect something to clearly stand out, whether that’s better quality, smoother service, or just an overall better experience, and I didn’t really get that here. I’d probably take more time to compare other options before buying from topbrass-inc.com again

"Inventory was way off"
I saw the items listed as available online, so I placed my order thinking everything was fine. Then it got cancelled because they apparently didn’t actually have the stuff in stock. that feels careless, if a store is going to sell online, they should make sure the inventory is accurate before taking people’s orders.

"The pricing needs to be explained better"
I looked at a few items the prices just felt too high for what you’re getting. I get that costs go up and some people might be fine paying it, but I couldn’t really justify spending that much here. If prices are going to be that high, I think there needs to be a clearer reason why and some accountability for the value being offered.

"Pretty hard to get a response"
I reached out a couple times, i don’t remember every exact date or message, but what stuck with me is that I wasn’t getting much back. The replies took a while, and I felt like I kept having to follow up just to get basic info. Maybe they were swamped, but the communication part was frustrating enough that I didn’t feel great about moving forward.
